| Position Details
|
Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to
- Providing technical leadership through the whole project lifecycle
- Being hands on in technologies like Java, J2EE, Struts and MVC Architecture, Spring, Hibernate and Webservices
- Design, coding, work allocation, QA, code review, schedule adherence, client discussion, requirement clarification, use case analysis
- Providing state of the art solution based on known and anticipated future business and functional and infrastructure requirements of the client
- Developing and presenting estimates and feasibility studies.
- Providing technical guidance and/or supervision to the team
- Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the project in collaboration with the project leads and the project team
Required Qualifications:
- This position requires 6 years actively serving in a Technical Lead Role
- Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Knowledge of architectural design and planning principles and procedures
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate with and influence customers
- Must have strong teamwork, flexibility and communication skills
- Independent self-starter who is highly focused and results oriented
- A strong sense of responsibility and rigorous attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- B.E. or M.Sc. Degree in Computer Sc. Or M.C.A or Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline or Foreign equivalent
- Must have 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
