| Position Details
|
Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to
- Gathering data, compiling information and preparing reports
- Developing and presenting estimates and feasibility studies
- Provide technical guidance and/or supervision to the team
- Project estimation and allocation of resources
- Periodical review of the implementation status
- Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the project in collaboration with the project leads and the project team
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Knowledge of architectural design and planning principles and procedures
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, fiscal management principles and procedures
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate with and influence customers
- Ability to provide technical and strategic leadership to both the client and development resources
- Ability to anticipate immediate and future business needs, use independent judgment and proceed on their own initiative
- Must have strong teamwork, flexibility and communication skills
- Independent self-starter who is highly focused and results oriented
- A strong sense of responsibility and rigorous attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- B.E. or M.Sc. Degree in Computer Sc. Or M.C.A or Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline or Foreign equivalent
- Must have at least 6-8 years of software development experience
- Must have at least 2-4 years of project management experience
