| Position Details
|
Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to
- Leading and managing development projects, including the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Creating, executing and coordinating project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Overseeing and managing technical staff, assigning and reviewing work and/or work product
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, and/or participating in staffing decisions
- Acting as the primary interface for project execution and management between company and clients
- Providing technical and business engineering consultations with clients
- Defining project scope, systems architecture/design and implementation approaches, gathering business requirements from end users, development and software quality assurance
- Managing project schedule, budget and quality
- Reviewing and preparing reports/documentation
- Evaluating company’s technology use and needs and recommending improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades and staying current with advances in technology
- Assisting leadership in developing strategy and executing projects in alignment with the strategy
- Working in outsourcing model (onsite/offshore) with international teams
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Eng/Computer Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/related and five years of progressive, post baccalaureate related work experience
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Analytic tools like Hyperion
